Evra: Let’s finish it

Patrice Evra knows there is still work to do in the Champions League quarter-finals despite United’s invaluable 1-0 win over Chelsea in the first leg on Wednesday night.
The Reds left-back knows the Blues still pose a threat, having been involved on two occasions when they came close to an equaliser – clearing Frank Lampard’s close-range effort off the line in the first half and escaping an injury-time penalty concession when he challenged Ramires in the area. He says United must not underestimate the ability of Carlo Ancelotti’s side to come to Old Trafford and win on Tuesday.
Evra told MUTV: “We’ve won at Stamford Bridge for the first time since 2002 and it was my first win there so I am very happy. The most important thing was winning and we did the job well.
“But the tie is not done. It is still 50-50 at this stage. We got a good result by winning away but I have a lot of respect for Chelsea. United and Chelsea are the biggest teams in the Premiership and they are always our most dangerous rivals to win the title.
“That’s why I think nothing is finished but the positive is that we always get good results at Old Trafford so we must try to win again.”
The result at Stamford Bridge leaves United well placed to progress to the semi-finals where Schalke would be the most likely opponents following their 5-2 away win over the holders Internazionale in the first leg. The Reds are also in the semi-finals of the FA Cup and
