United head to the Reebok Stadium looking to make it four league wins out of four at the start of 2011/12…

Form GuideThe Reds go into the Bolton encounter full of confidence on the back of the 8-2 thrashing of Arsenal. The Trotters meanwhile have suffered defeat in their last two league outings to Liverpool and Manchester City but have shown enough this season to suggest that it will be no walk in the park for United on Saturday evening.

Ins and OutsNemanja Vidic (calf), Rafael (shoulder), Danny Welbeck (hamstring) and Darren Gibson (ankle) are all out but Antonio Valencia could return after training well this week. Rio Ferdinand is also in contention for a place having missed the last two games with a hamstring injury and Javier Hernandez could make his first start of the season in Welbeck’s absence. Meanwhile Bolton will be without influential midfielder Chung-Yong Lee (out for the season with a broken leg) while Sam Ricketts and Stuart Holden are doubts. New loan recruitments Gael Kakuta and David Ngog from Chelsea and Liverpool respectively could feature for the first time this season.

Last MeetingA late Dimitar Berbatov strike was all that separated the two sides the last time they met back in March at Old Trafford. United had been reduced to ten men when Jonny Evans was sent off for a lunge on Stuart Holden but as ever, the Reds’ never-say-die spirit shone through when Berbatov poked home in the 88th minute.
