Glen Johnson played 90 minutes as England were held to a 2-2 Euro qualification draw by Switzerland on Saturday.

It was a frustrating afternoon at Wembley for the Three Lions, whose goals were scored by Frank Lampard and Ashley Young.
Other Reds in action included Lucas Leiva and Dirk Kuyt, who faced off as Brazil warmed up for the Copa America with a goalless draw against Holland. Both our boys left the field midway through the second period.
Pepe Reina played 76 minutes of Spain’s 4-0 win over USA in which Fernando Torres netted one of the goals.
Elsewhere, Alberto Aquilani has withdrawn from the Italy squad after sustaining a head injury in the first half of Italy’s 3-0 win over Estonia on Friday night. He will miss Tuesday’s clash with the Republic of Ireland.
Also injured is Martin Skrtel, who missed Slovakia’s 1-0 win over Andorra with a minor thigh problem.
Up in Iceland, Christian Poulsen came on in the 62nd minute as Denmark beat the hosts 2-0, while Raul Meireles played the full 90 to help Portugal to a 1-0 home victory versus Norway.
